SHAM BRACKETOLOGY

March madness, bracketology and possible snow storms are the usual.  In the office we always fill out our brackets for the NCAA basketball tourney and give a prize to the winner.  The most sought after prize is the ability to put your name on the “beautiful” crew neck sweater hanging above my office door that marks years of first place history.  The person to beat is generally our registrar, Sandy.  Most likely if you have a question about summer camp, or housing or anything of that nature, you have talked to her.  I think the reason she tends to do well is she actually does a bit of research.  Most of the staff take a different approach to pick their winners.  I tend to pick from the limited games I've seen or chatter I have heard... the little numbers next to the team on the brackets don't hurt either.  <insider tip: the smaller the number, the better the team is>  Some other picking systems in the past have been: coin flip, pick your favorite jersey color, mascot that would win in a battle or just alphabetical order.  Its kind of fun when one of those methods beat everyone else.  So enjoy your tournament season, you won't get any legitimate advice here other than have fun with it, we do.
