WELCOME TO CAMP!

Media Intern: EH
The staff is refreshed and campers have arrived! To a non staff member, check-in may seem stressful and even a bit chaotic, but it is a well oiled machine. Our main goal is for people to feel welcomed, and never have an unanswered question. This starts with horses at highway 10, and ends with your child's counselor giving you all the information you need for pick-up at the end of the week and guiding you to their cabin. Everyone on camp comes together to get campers moved in, from the Executive Director and Media Director to adventures staff and lifeguards. This year we started a tally system for those who help with luggage. This helps us not only move campers in faster, but make it more competitive for staff. Our record today, made by our SWAT Director, was 9 trips back and forth. At the end of the day we want parents to feel at ease and camper to get excited through every move we make.
