FALL FLING 2018

Last weekend wrapped up 5 youth retreats called Fall Fling, with 2200 students and leaders.  Really want to send a huge thanks to all of our volunteers that come and help run it, we wouldn't be able to do it without them.  They are former summer staff that come up for the weekend.

Some of the things that happened were a foam party / foam soccer pictured above, great speakers sharing, awesome worship time and a ton of activities throughout the weekend.

This is one of the bands, Seventh Hour.  They have been a favorite and just great at leading engaging worship.

You have the High Ropes Course, Zipline in there, horseback trail rides, crafts, and a bunch of tournaments.

Volleyball, Dodgeball, and Football.  The winners of the football tournament get to play a staff team Sunday morning before chapel.  Its always a fun game, we give the campers advantages here and there, maybe let them draft a player or two and just play a really fun game.

With all that fun stuff going on, you may surprised to hear that pretty consistently on evals, chapel is one of the favorite things of campers.  Everything builds into that and small group times where some really great conversations happen, kids give their lives to the Lord, or make a renewed commitment to live for Him.  That's why we do it!  That's why former staff is willing to drive up and put in all that work.  The Lord worked this fall in many ways.  PTL!
